Equipment: Hario Switch /Clever Dripper
Filter ; Cafec Abaca +
Ratio; 20 g coffee / 250 g water (1:12,5)
Grinding: Timemore chestnut X lite 13 / Commandante 28 Click
Water Temperature: 93C
Water : Erikli Uludag
First, we pour the water and then the coffee by creating a swirl. Wait 2:30 minutes, break the crust, and agitate for 30 seconds while mixing the top layer.
At the end of 3:00 minutes, turn on the switch and wait for all the coffee to drain in 30 seconds.
