Distant Sales Conditions
This contract has been drawn up in accordance with the Regulation on the Application Procedures and Principles of Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 13.06.2003 and numbered 25137, and is based on the obligation to make a contract for online sales, and the items are as follows:
Item 1 - Subject
The subject of this contract is the Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of the service / product that the SELLER sells to the BUYER, the qualifications and sales price of which are specified below. It covers the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation on the Principles and Procedures for the Application of Distance Contracts.

Item 2.2 - Recipient Information
The person who pays as a customer on www.baristatus.com will be referred to as the BUYER from now on, and the address and contact information used when making the payment are taken as basis.
Item 3 - Contract Subject Service Information
The type of service, sales price and payment method consist of the information at the end of the purchasing process.
Item 4 - General Provisions
4.1 - The BUYER has read and informed all the preliminary information regarding the basic qualifications, sales price and payment method and delivery of the contractual service specified in Item 3, and the necessary confirmation electronically. declares that it has given.
4.2 - The contractual service is sent to the e-mail address registered by the BUYER during the payment, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period depending on the type of service the BUYER receives.
4.3 - The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the service subject to the contract cannot be delivered due to problems arising from the e-mail address registered by the BUYER during payment.
4.4 - For the delivery of the service subject to the contract, the confirmation that this contract has been accepted must be given on the www.baristatus.com website and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the BUYER. If, for any reason, the service fee is not paid or canceled in the bank records, the SELLER shall be deemed to be freed from the obligation to deliver the product.
4.5- If the SELLER cannot deliver the service subject to the contract due to force majeure, it is obliged to inform the BUYER of the situation. In this case, the BUYER can use the right to cancel the order. In the event that the BUYER cancels the order, the amount paid will be paid to him in cash within 10 days.
Item 5 - Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right of withdrawal within three days from the delivery of the contractual service to him or to the person / organization at the address indicated. In order to use the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to notify the SELLER by e-mail within this period. The product price is returned to the BUYER within seven days following the receipt of these documents.
If the statement is made with a credit card or a similar payment card, the BUYER may request the cancellation of the payment transaction on the grounds that the card is used out of his / her consent and illegally. In this case, the company that issued the card returns the payment amount to the BUYER within 10 days from the notification of the objection.
In the implementation of this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the location of the SELLER are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
In case the order is concluded, the BUYER will be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this contract.
