1. Parties
a) Haşim Solmaz, who is residing in Istanbul, who carries out the activities of the website www.baristatus.com, will hereinafter be referred to as the "Site Owner".
b) Internet user who uses or becomes a member of the www.baristatus.com website will hereinafter be referred to as the "Member".
2. Subject of the Agreement

3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Also; In the event that the incident is referred to the legal field due to this violation, the Site Owner reserves the right to claim compensation against the Member for non-compliance with the membership agreement.
3.9. The Site Owner always has the right to unilaterally delete the membership of the Member, delete the files, documents and information belonging to the customer. The member accepts this savings in advance. In this case, the Site Owner has no responsibility.
3.10. The software and design of the www.baristatus.com website are the property of the Site Owner, and the copyright and / or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by the relevant laws, and these cannot be used, acquired or changed by the Member without permission. Other companies and their products mentioned on this website are trademarks of their owners and are also protected under intellectual property rights.

In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must supply his own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, the Member is deemed to have accepted that he / she is responsible for all errors that may occur in his / her software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences when he / she enters the www.baristatus.com website.
3.12. The Site Owner reserves the right to change the content of the site at any time, to change or terminate any service provided to users, or to delete user information and data registered on the www.baristatus.com website.
3.13. The Site Owner does not require any prior notice and / or warning of the terms of the membership agreement.
