Colombia Gesha Passiflora is a unique competition series coffee with a 91.35 SCA cupping score. Outstanding quality comes from a very careful selection of the cherries aiming to accomplish fermented and complex flavors and bright acidities, selective recollection of ripe cherries at 23 Brix, taking good care of the temperature as well as natural drying processes. Semi-anaerobic double fermentation, first in cherries and with the fruit pulp for 72 hours and washed. The stabilization process after drying for natural is a very important part for which has 2 steps in a warehouse with music & temperature-controlled. 

Transparency Report

In the near future, we will prepare our transparency reports in The Pledge format. There will be less information but we will be open to an audit, as The Pledge states; " If the published information is called into question, companies that signed this contract agree to share a randomly selected number of green coffee contracts with other participants in order to verify the information published in the transparency reports (peer review)".
