Alireza, the brewers cup champion of Turkiye has 2 different brew recipes; flat-brewer and pour-over while Kevser, Cezve Ibrik Champion of Turkiye, prepared a unique recipe for Turkish coffee.

45 grams of water for blooming in 5 seconds. In 30. seconds, pour 70 grams of water in 15 seconds. At 1:05 pour another 75 grams of water in 15 seconds and finish at 2:00 minutes.

Small spin and finish it at 2:45.
Medium & Juicy body, medium to high sweetness, medium acidity
Floral & perfume, raw apricot juice, peach , tropical, round , pineapple, citric acidity, Malik acidity, clean finish, dry orange
TURKISH COFFEE RECIPE
Soy C1 Cezve
Reçete: 1:10,2

7 grams of coffee, 60C water (72 grams)
7 gr kahve ile beraber 60 derece olacak şekilde 72 Ml Su kullandıldı.
Pour the water over the coffee in cezve, and stir 5 times in both directions (clockwise, counterclockwise)
Start with medium level burner
Fast stirring to the both directions at 0:55 seconds
At 1:00, lower the burner and finish it at 2:00.
