Meet a great team, literally! Cypher Urban Roastery is a team that roasts coffee with great care and precision down to the minor details and maintains it at the highest level. I met with the team during Cup of Excellence Sensory Education Training (SET). I had heard of the quality a few times before and it was my first time at the roastery. What a great venue! Nothing was usual or ordinary!  For example, Victoria Arduino mills beside La Marzocco two-group machines in the lab they set up to give espresso training! Special Probat roasters with a cooling system designed by the team. Cupping rooms with an individual water system from MARCO, EK43 grinders, sample roasters from various well-known companies. 

Founder of the roastery and academy, Mohamad Merhi used to work in multi-national corporate as finance manager and now she is touching every single detail of the Cypher to make it one of the best. So dedicated and passionate about coffee! Kudos to him and his excellent Cypher team!
