William's Roastery was opened by William Zinneha in August 2019 as a boutique roasting house in Kalamış. In mid-2020, when the demand for this wonderful coffee exceeds the current capacity, William first moves his roasting house to a different location and transforms this pleasant place in Kalamış into a Coffee Shop concept. the most important factor in the intersection of the paths of Baristatus and Williams Roastery to serve a common goal; to offer you the best coffee in the best way.

Right after the green bean supply contract for our Ethiopia Cup of Excellence coffee, William is one of the first names that come to mind when we think of a name that can roast this coffee for us in Turkey; not only roast it, but also share this passion. His past experience of roasting similar award-winning coffees and micro-lots, as well as his passion for coffee, was the most important factor. It is not enough just to supply a green bean with proven quality, and the search for a talent that can roast it in the best profile and blend it with his knowledge and experience while roasting has become flesh and bone with William.
